|Recommended: YesThe Smiths — Nicole and Maria have been extremely helpful and informative providing information to us. Nicole guided us to the apartment we wanted and are very pleased. We haven’t met the maintenance tech. But we feel he must be exceptional maintaining this large community.

|Recommended: YesPretty Fairly Priced For What You Get — Loved the unit However, there will be some maintenance required 6mo. to a year, especially in the bathroom because the caulking begins to crack. Even with floormats. Overall great units, quiet community, and helpful staff. Visitor Parking is generally easy to come by, and assigned parking for each unit as well, which is great. I will say that the speed bumps on the property are pretty violent. Definitely wouldn't recommend bringing a car lower than a Corolla through. The one-bedroom units are spacious, especially if you live alone. The bedroom can fit a full king-size bed with more than enough room on either side and in front of a desk, TV Stand, etc. If you're single and looking for a place to stay, I would absolutely recommend Lakeside.

|Recommended: YesPrior To Move In Move In — Nicole was amazing working with us to get us moved in before husband started new job. Things weren’t going quite right and there were some delays but she stuck it out with us and got us in here right on time. She has been so kind, courteous and professional.
|Recommended: YesAccess To Everything — The location of this property is excellent. Only 3 minutes to Walmart, 5 minutes to HEB. The mall and medical facilities are likewise only minutes away. My only complaint is that not one cupboard door or room doors with the exception of the front door hang square. It’s a quiet and clean community. The management and maintenance teams are spot on and most problems are resolved quickly

Shopping, Grocery, Convenience Stores, Nail Salons, River, and a Park with playground, all in walking distance If you're considering Kerrville, come see Lakeside FIRST
|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Gave the grounds a lower score, my balcony has marks on wall where someone was putting out cigarettes, there is a lot of bird poop build up on the landings, and while moving in the neighbors porch area smells horribly of dog urine.
So far everything else has been great.
