They are very attentive to the needs of apartment community with timely repairs and maintenance. The grounds are kept in excellent condition. I heartily recommend Lakeside Apartments for your living needs.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments And Great Maintanence — Renting these apartments are very nice and everyone seems very friendly. The Maintenance is superb and very timely. The only thing I have to complain about would be the seemingly expensive rate at which the rent goes up every renewal on my lease, and the lack of tenants picking up after their dogs.

|Recommended: YesVelasquez Review — Just moved in on Friday, 10 22, and I have been nothing more than impressed I signed a 6 month lease, but quite sure I'll be renewing again, and again. The apartment Manager, Nicole is awesome She made sure we had everything we needed in advance, and even left us a goody bag to get started with essentials...very accommodating. I really like it here already, my husband and I are quite happy with our choice. Go Lakeside

|Recommended: YesAmazing Property — A clean property with a beautiful unit The only downsides are limited tight parking as well as the fact that we cant control the thermostat being that tenants are responsible for their electricity.
